    UPS - 4:00pm

    Actual pickup times may vary depending on the weather and the drivers’ routes.

  • Yes! As a UPS ASO and FASC we accept prepared and ready to ship drop offs for free.

    If your drop off is not ready to ship and requires label printing or taping, we can help you prepare it for shipment. Packaging fees may apply.

  • We accept a limited number of QR codes. As a retail shipping store our software is limited by the company issuing the return. Most companies will also provide a shipping label option; it may just be tucked away in their email to you.

    Only certain franchises can accept UPS QR codes. For Amazon, we have instructions about how to switch to a shipping label: read here.

  • We can hold packages for a small parcel holding fee (typically $2-$5). This reduces the risk of “porch pirates” taking your packages while you are away from home.

    We do not charge for UPS Access Point and Amazon Pick up Drop Off (PUDO) as UPS and Amazon compensate us for those services.

  • Services Include

    Professional outbound shipping for FedEx parcels. We provide high-speed processing, official receipt confirmation, and a full range of packaging options for domestic and international shipments.

    We cannot ship or accept hazardous materials as a FASC.

  • Services Include

    A secure, local point for all UPS Ground and Air outbound shipments. Have a prepaid label? Skip paying for a UPS pickup at your home and drop off your prepared shipment to be included in our weekday pickup at no charge to you.

  • Returns and Pick Up Drop Off (PUDO)

    We can accept Amazon returns with a barcode shipping label. We have used and new packaging for sale if you discarded the original. Have a QR code? We can help! Click here for instructions.

  • Packing and Receiving

    Don’t risk your items breaking in transit. We provide reliable packaging materials and packing services. Expecting a package? Skip the porch pirates and ask us about getting set up for package receiving at our store.

  • Copy Center

    High-quality and fast printing for Letter, Legal, and Tabloid (11×17) sizes. We offer laminating up to 24”, business card production, and a convenient self-serve copier.

  • Office Supplies

    Your local source for daily stationery and office essentials. Looking for furniture? We stock new and used desks, chairs, and file cabinets. We also offer furniture project management services.

  • Business Services

    Protect your identity with our confidential document shredding. We provide faxing, scanning, and document formatting services. Our team also has an expanding graphic design skill set for business cards, postcards and flyers.

  • Gifts and Snacks

    Shop the best of Chenango County! We proudly stock Walling’s Maple Syrup, Kutik’s Honey, and a curated selection of snacks and the “best greeting cards in town.”

  • Yes, sometimes we do! As a family-owned business, we value time with our customers and our families - we strive to find a good balance as much as possible.

    • Saturday hours are common during the holiday season or peak shipping seasons.

    • Extended hours are planned around holidays and community events.

    We’ll share on our website and social media any plans to open on weekends or extend weekday hours.

  • We print most common paper sizes and have a few different paper finish options based on color printing, color paper, and cardstock requests. We currently do not print photographs on photo paper. We can laminate most things up to 24 inches wide. The large format laminator can take up to 30-minutes to warm up. We print:

    • Letter (8.5 × 11)

    • Legal (8.5 × 14)

    • Tabloid (11 × 17)

    We can also cut and fold in house, meaning we can provide postcards, business cards, and more!

  • At this time the largest we print is Tabloid (11 × 17). We have completed various larger jobs by tiling together prints, usually two or more 11 × 17 pieces.

    We also work with various partners for larger format specialty prints, such as vinyl banners, retractable banners or posters. Our business-to-business partnerships may get you a better price compared to doing it yourself - just ask and we’ll see what we can do!

  • We have basic graphic design capabilities which has resulted in many satisfied customers seeking our help with business cards, invitations (baby shower, wedding, etc.), and various other designs.

    As a “Microsoft shop” we can also help with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. We can prepare and format documents to either print for you or send back for your own use at home or at work.
