Store Policies

  • We accept ready to ship UPS/FedEx packages at no charge. Ready to ship means the package is labeled, taped, and our staff only need to scan it into our system for carrier pick up.

We do not accept United States Postal Service (USPS) packages as we do not have a scheduled USPS pick up.

    • We accept USPS labels with an “F01” which we tender to FedEx.

If needed, we can help prepare your drop off for $1-2 per parcel. This charge covers label prints, tape, and our staff’s time.

  • We do not bill third party, meaning, we will not generate labels using someone else’s UPS/FedEx account number. If you need to bill third party, you must work with that shipper to generate the label.

We can help print pre-paid labels and secure packages with tape for $1-2 per parcel.

  • We offer package insurance as an alternative to carrier declared value coverage.

    • Contents must be properly packaged. Our staff may ask to visually verify packaging and may take pictures for higher value shipments. Pictures are stored for a short period of time following delivery.

    • Adult signature is required for shipments insured over $999.

    • Insurance value must reflect the fair market value of the item, including replacement or repair costs.

With both package insurance and standard carrier declared value coverage, we must file the claim as the shipper. If you need to file a claim, notify our staff within 5-business days following delivery.
