Whether you need some quick copies, brochures, or a whole print project - Norwich Copies Plus has resources to help you get it done. Read on to understand our capabilities and what you can expect when you choose to copy or print with us.
Standard Copies apply strictly to direct, physical paper-to-paper duplication using our machine’s document feeder or scanner glass. If your project begins as a digital file requiring email transfers, phone troubleshooting, or the use of our secure network workstations, it is processed as a Digital Print. Because digital files require extra hands-on staff time and technology infrastructure to prepare safely, they are subject to a digital file-handling or setup fee.
Digital Printing utilizes our production-grade equipment to transform your digital designs and documents into crisp, high-resolution physical products. This process is ideal for customized, high-quality projects that require precise digital rendering, specialized paper stocks, or complex finishing - such as business cards, multi-part invoices, or custom labels. Every digital print order covers the technical file processing, machine calibration, and hands-on labor required to ensure a professional result.
Business Cards. Best for when you need a business card fast. We offer basic business cards (single or double sided) on a heavyweight non-glossy card stock. These are best for when you need a relatively simple card as fast as possible. You can provide a design or ask us to help design it for you.
Custom NCR. Need a custom 2-part or 3-part job invoice or contract? We can design, print, and glue with as fast as a three-day turnaround for priority requests.
Custom Labels. Need address labels or getting ready for your next farmers market? We keep various labels in stock and can use your design or help create one with you.

Print Questions?
-
Yes! If you bring a phone, tablet, or laptop computer we can get those documents from your screen to your hands. A small print service fee in addition to print/copy prices may apply.

Our digital press can print up to 13×19. All printing in our shop requires cutting to achieve “full bleed” or “print to the edge.”
Many customers have us “tile print” to achieve larger poster sizes (up to 22 inches wide). This is a great economical option for temporary signage.
Need large format, professional quality posters, banners or signs? We can manage the order through one of our partner shops. We prioritize working with other small or certified businesses.
-
It depends on the complexity of the job (number of prints and whether the design is ready). Small jobs (e.g., 250 design ready business cards or 1000 flyers) can go as fast as a 1-2 day turnaround. Larger design projects with multiple types of media (flyers, lawn signs, and cards) work best when we have at least a one-week lead.
You can always email us about your project and we can give you an estimated timeline. Same-day or next-day turnaround for larger projects is achievable - rush premiums will apply and can be quoted.

As a small business it can be tough. That’s why in early 2026 we made the investment to upgrade our in-house printing abilities. We can’t promise we’ll always be the cheapest, but we can promise:
We’re your neighbors - living, playing, and paying taxes here in Chenango County.
We can print samples before running the job so you can see it and feel the finished product before you pay for it.
You’re supporting a local, veteran-owned small business whose owners and staff give back to the community through causes that matter to them.
Need something specialty we don’t print in house? We have business accounts with different partners to unlock pricing that usually leads to a win-win. We process the order, work with the partner, review the product and ensure it’s ready for you. This also means we carry the risk of bad product and deal with corrections, freeing you up to do other things.

File Type: PDF (PDF Print or PDF Press Ready) is best. JPG/PNG can work. We have one workstation with Microsoft Office installed to handle your Excel, Word, or PowerPoint documents.
Resolution: 300 DPI (for context, many images saved from an internet search are around 72 DPI).
Color Mode: CMYK (for physical toner).
Margins: Approx. 0.125” safe zone around the inner edges of the paper for in-house printing.
Bleed: At least 0.125” safe around (usually sits around the "outside” of your main document).
Document Size: Confirm your document size and dimensions. Want a tabloid (11×17) size poster? Don’t design it using 8.5×11 dimensions.
